Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Indigo Estate Affiliate Programme ("Programme"). By applying to, or participating in, the Programme you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

The Programme is operated by Indigo Estate. References to "we", "us", or "Indigo Estate" mean Indigo Estate and its operators. References to "you" or "affiliate" mean any person accepted into the Programme.

To be eligible to participate in the Programme you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. • Have a valid email address and, where applicable, a PayPal account or bank account to receive commission payments. • Apply via the official application form at indigoestate.co.uk/affiliates and receive written confirmation of approval from Indigo Estate. • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms at all times.

Indigo Estate reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.

Commission rates vary by product type (books, courses, and memberships). Your applicable rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard after approval.

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net sale value (excluding VAT and any refunds or chargebacks) attributed to your referral link. Recurring membership commissions are earned on each successful renewal payment, provided your affiliate account remains active and in good standing.

Indigo Estate may adjust commission rates at any time in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

When a visitor clicks your referral link, a 30-day attribution cookie is set on their browser. Any purchase made by that visitor within 30 days of their first click will be attributed to you, provided:

• The visitor has not cleared their cookies or used a different browser or device. • No other affiliate's referral link was subsequently clicked, overwriting the attribution cookie. • The purchase is not excluded under Section 6 (Self-Referral Prevention) of these Terms.

The cookie window begins at the time of the first qualifying click and does not reset on subsequent visits within that window.

Commissions become payable once the following conditions are met:

• Your pending balance reaches a minimum threshold of £25. • The relevant order has passed its refund window (typically 14 days after purchase). • You have provided valid payment details (PayPal email or bank account) in your dashboard.

Payouts are processed manually by the Indigo Estate team. We aim to process all eligible payout requests within 5 business days of receipt. Indigo Estate does not guarantee a specific payment date and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Commissions on orders that are subsequently refunded or charged back will be reversed from your balance.

Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made through their own referral link or referral code. Any attempt to generate commissions by purchasing Indigo Estate products through your own referral link — whether directly or through a connected party — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Indigo Estate reserves the right to reverse any commissions identified as self-referrals and to terminate your affiliate account if self-referral activity is detected.

As an affiliate you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Spam or unsolicited communications: Sending bulk or unsolicited emails, messages, or social media posts that promote Indigo Estate products without the recipient's prior consent.

• Misleading or false claims: Making any representation about Indigo Estate, its products, or expected results that is inaccurate, misleading, or unsubstantiated.

• Brand keyword bidding: Bidding on "Indigo Estate" or any closely associated brand terms in paid search advertising (including Google Ads, Bing Ads, or equivalent platforms) without our prior written consent.

• Coupon or deal site misuse: Publishing unauthorised discount codes or presenting yourself as an official Indigo Estate discount partner.

• Incentivised clicks: Offering cash, rewards, or other incentives to encourage people to click your referral link without making a genuine purchase decision.

• Any activity that violates applicable law or the terms of any platform (social media, email provider, etc.) you use to promote the Programme.

Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding commission balance.

Indigo Estate reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms, commission rates, product scope, or any other aspect of the Programme at any time. • Suspend or permanently close the Programme.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide affiliates with at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email to the address registered on your account. Your continued participation in the Programme after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any commissions earned and validly pending prior to Programme closure will be paid in accordance with Section 5, subject to any deductions for refunds or policy breaches.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
