The Transformation Steward Pathway is the intended third expression within the Indigo Estate journey. It is being developed for people called to steward this work with care, discernment, and sovereignty.
The pathway is not yet available to begin or enrol in. Its future direction recognises that stewardship can be informed by progression within Indigo Estate, alongside relevant knowledge and experience developed elsewhere.
Readiness will remain central to its intended approach. Progressing through earlier Indigo Estate programmes alone will not be an automatic route into the pathway.
Any future detail about readiness or the practical expression of stewardship will be shared when it is confirmed.
